血清同型半胱氨酸水平与冠心病患者病变严重程度及生化指标的相关性分析

摘要 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠心病患者病变严重程度及生化指标的相关性。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的冠心病患者100例作为冠心病组,根据疾病严重程度分为不稳定型心绞痛组、稳定型心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组;同期选取健康体检者100例作为健康组。比较各组血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、胱抑素C(CysC)、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平,分析冠心病患者血清Hcy与其他指标的相关性。结果:各组Hcy、UA、CRP、CysC、LP(a)、ox-LDL水平比较,健康组<稳定型心绞痛组<不稳定型心绞痛组<急性心肌梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病患者血清Hcy水平与UA、CRP、CysC、LP(a)、ox-LDL水平呈正相关。结论:随着疾病进展,冠心病患者血清Hcy水平逐渐上升,且与多项生化指标存在相关性,有助于反映冠心病患者心血管病变程度,为临床预防和治疗冠心病提供指导依据。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy)level and the severity of disease and biochemical indexes in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the coronary heart disease group,and divided into unstable angina pectoris group,stable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group according to the severity of the disease.In the same period,one hundred healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group.Serum levels of homocysteine,uric acid(UA),C-reactive protein(CRP),cystatin C(CysC),lipoprotein a[LP(a)]and oxidized lowdensity lipoprotein(ox-LDL)in all groups were compared.The correlation between serum Hcy and other indexes in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results:The levels of Hcy,UA,CRP,CysC,LP(a)and ox-LDL were compared among all groups,and the differences were statistically significant in healthy group<stable angina pectoris group<unstable angina pectoris group<acute myocardial infarction group(P<0.05);Serum Hcy levels were positively correlated with UA,CRP,CysC,LP(a)and ox-LDL levels in coronary heart disease patients.Conclusion:With the progression of the disease,the serum Hcy level in patients with coronary heart disease gradually increased,and was correlated with a number of biochemical indicators,which was helpful to reflect the degree of cardiovascular disease in patients with coronary heart disease and provide guidance for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
