临床护理干预路径在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Intervention Path in Nursing of Bronchial Asthma Patients

目的:探讨临床护理干预路径在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2022年3月南京市高淳人民医院收治的70例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用临床护理干预路径。比较两组治疗费用、住院时间、护理满意度、肺功能指标。结果:观察组治疗费用少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。护理前,两组肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、最大通气量(MVV)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组FVC、FEV_(1)、MVV高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理干预路径在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果良好,能够减少治疗费用,缩短住院时间,改善患者肺功能,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing intervention path in the nursing of bronchial asthma patients.Methods:A total of 70 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing mode,and the observation group adopted clinical nursing intervention path on the basis of the control group.The treatment cost,length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction,and lung function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment cost in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1))and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the FVC,FEV_(1)and MVV in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing intervention path in the nursing of bronchial asthma patients has a good application effect,can reduce treatment cost,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve lung function and improve patient satisfaction.
