南京某高校新生体检血常规检查结果分析

Analysis of Routine Blood Test Results of Physical Examination for Freshmen in a University in Nanjing

目的:分析南京某高校新生体检血常规检查结果。方法:选择南京某高校2019级入学新生4580名作为研究对象,均进行血常规检查,统计不同性别、学历贫血检出率、白细胞减少检出率、血小板减少检出率。结果:4580名新生中,女生贫血检出率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);男生、女生白细胞减少检出率、血小板减少检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本科生贫血检出率高于研究生,白细胞减少检出率低于研究生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本科生与研究生血小板减少检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:南京某高校新生中,女生贫血检出率高于男生;本科生贫血检出率高于研究生,白细胞减少检出率低于研究生。通过血常规检测,可以简便、快速、有效地了解高校新生血液系统健康状况,可为预防和制定血液系统疾病干预措施提供可靠参考。

Objective:To analyze the results of physical examination and blood routine examination of freshmen in a university in Nanjing.Methods:4,580 freshmen admitted in 2019 at a university in Nanjing were selected as the research subjects.All of them underwent routine blood tests,and the anemia detection rates,leukopenia detection rates,and thrombocytopenia detection rates of different genders and academic backgrounds were calculated.Results:Among 4,580 freshmen,the anemia detection rate of girls was higher than that of boys,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no statistically significant difference in the leukopenia detection rate and thrombocytopenia detection rate between boys and girls(P>0.05);the detection rate of anemia among undergraduate students was higher than that of graduate students,and the detection rate of leukopenia was lower than that of undergraduate students;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the detection rate of thrombocytopenia between undergraduate students and graduate students,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Among freshmen at a university in Nanjing,the detection rate of anemia among female students was higher than that of male students;the detection rate of anemia among undergraduate students was higher than that of graduate students,and the detection rate of leukopenia was lower than that of graduate students.Through routine blood testing,the health status of the blood system of college freshmen can be easily,quickly and effectively understood,which can provide a reliable reference for preventing and formulating intervention measures for blood system diseases.
