临床路径结合以案例为基础的教学法在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨临床路径结合以案例为基础的教学法(CBL教学法)在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9—12月在德阳市人民医院急诊科实习的护生60名作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各30名。对照组实施传统临床带教模式,观察组实施临床路径结合CBL教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组理论知识成绩、急诊操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学后,两组自主学习、口语表达、团队协作、临床联系实际、归纳总结及实际操作能力评分高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组中文版批判性思维能力测量表评分高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径结合CBL教学法在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果显著,能够提高教学效果、护生专科能力及批判性思维能力。 Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical pathway combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in nursing teaching in emergency department.Methods:A total of 60 nursing students who interned in the Emergency Department of Deyang People's Hospital from September 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group implemented the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the observation group implemented the clinical pathway combined with CBL teaching method.The teaching effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical knowledge score and emergency operation score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After teaching,the scores of autonomic learning,language expression,teamwork,clinical connection with practice,inductive summary and practical operation ability in the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Skills Scale in the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical pathway combined with CBL teaching method in nursing teaching in emergency department has a significant effect,which can improve the teaching effect,nursing students'specialist ability and critical thinking ability.
