转炉汽化供水泵组故障分析与改进

摘要 为解决炼钢厂转炉汽化供水泵组频繁出现故障的问题,结合实际生产情况,对产生故障的原因进行分析,此供水泵组存在电机过载运行、泵组振动大、频繁启动三大缺陷。通过对供水泵电气控制进行变频改造,启动控制方式进行优化后,转炉汽化供水泵组运行稳定,故障率降为零,每年可节省费用25万元以上。 In order to solve the problem of frequent failures of vaporization water supply pump unit of converter in steel-making plants,combined with the actual production situation,this paper analyzes the causes of failures.There are three major defects in this water supply pump unit:overloading operation of the motor,large vibration of the pump unit,and frequent start-up.Through the frequency conversion transformation of the electrical control of the water supply pump and the optimization of the starting control mode,the vaporization water supply pump unit of the converter runs stably,the failure rate is reduced to O,and the annual cost can be saved by over 250,000 yuan.
