提高自动化控制水平降低石灰窑煤耗

摘要 根据石灰窑特性和工艺特点,用模糊控制理论建立模糊控制规则,通过模糊推理获得模糊控制决策,进而对石灰窑进行温度模糊控制,提高炉窑温度控制精度。通过Bang-Bang控制器解决了炉窑温度控制调节时间长的问题通过案例推理优化空煤比,降低煤耗。 According to the characteristics of lime kiln and process characteristics,this paper uses fuzzy control theory to establish fuzzy control rules,and obtains fuzzy control decisions through fuzzy reasoning,and then carries out fuzzy control of the temperature of lime kiln to improve the temperature control accuracy of the kiln.As a result,the problem of long adjustment time of furnace temperature control is solved by the Bang-Bang controller,the air-coal ratio is optimized and the coal consumption is reduced through case reasoning.
