过滤器布置方案对地浸采铀浸出效果的影响分析

摘要 本文以有效对流体积、有效对流矿体体积比、有效浸出矿体体积比、浸出对流体积比4种地浸采铀流场特征参数为计算分析依据,建立了一套地浸采铀流场定量化分析评价方法。基于该方法,针对内蒙古某地浸采铀矿山,开展了过滤器布置方案对地浸采铀浸出效果的影响分析,并为现场钻孔施工推荐了最优过滤器设计方案。研究结果表明:采用地浸采铀流场特征参数的定量化分析评价方法,可以对不同过滤器设计方案下的有效对流体积、有效浸出体积、浸出剂利用率等进行定量分析;各过滤器布置方案量化对比后发现,长过滤器方案形成的流场范围更大,过滤器长度大于5 m时,增加单位长度带来的增益效果降低;过滤器安装位置对有效对流体积和有效浸出体积影响明显,短过滤器方案(2.5 m)宜采用中心布置,长过滤器方案(5 m、10 m)宜采用错位布置;方案2的特征参数表现较好,为最优过滤器设计方案,在现场应用后,提高了采区抽注液量与铀浓度,更科学有效地指导了地浸采铀井场的工程设计。 In this paper,a quantitative analysis method of in-situ leaching of uranium is established based on four parameters:effective convective volume,effective convective volume ratio,effective leaching volume ratio,volume ratio of leaching convection.Taking a uranium mine in Inner Mongolia as the research object,the influence of filter scheme on the leaching effect of in-situ leaching of uranium is studied.The optimal filter design scheme is recommended for site drilling.The results show that this method can be used to quantitatively study the effective convection volume,effective leaching volume and leaching agent utilization rate under different filter design schemes.Comparison of filter schemes:the flow field formed by the long filter scheme is larger,and the benefit of increasing unit length is less when the filter length is larger than 5 m.The position of the filter affects the effective convection volume and the effective leaching volume.The short filter(2.5 m)should use a central layout,and the long filter(5 m,10 m)should use staggered layout.Scheme 2 is the best filter scheme,and the field application results show that the injection volume and uranium concentration are increased,which effectively guides the engineering design of in-situ leaching of uranium well site.
