不同制备方法对疏水涂层性能的影响

摘要 为了获得最佳的疏水涂层现场施工方法,通过对比分析喷涂、浇涂、刷涂、浸涂四种不同制备方法获得的涂层性能,主要包括涂层外观、附着力、涂层的耐污性、耐腐蚀性、静态接触角。结果表明:浇涂获得涂层的外观和附着力最差,很容易出现裂纹起皮;刷涂涂层的刷痕很明显;浸涂涂层的整体均一性偏差;而喷涂涂层整体性能最佳。四种制备方法获得的涂层的耐污性、耐腐蚀性差别不大,但是涂层的耐碱性很差;静态接触角测试显示喷涂涂层的接触角可达160°,而其他三种方式制备的涂层接触角基本在150°左右。 In order to obtain the best field construction method of hydrophobic coating,the coating properties obtained by spraying,pouring,brushing and dipping methods were compared and analyzed,including the appearance,adhesion,stain resistance,corrosion resistance and static contact Angle of the coating.The results show that the appearance and adhesion of the coating obtained by pouring are the worst,and it is easy to crack and peel.The brush marks of the brush coating are obvious;The overall uniformity deviation of the dip coating;The sprayed coating has the best overall performance.There is little difference in the stain resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings obtained by the four preparation methods,and the alkaline resistance of the coatings is poor.The static contact Angle test shows that the contact Angle of the spray coating can reach 160°,while the contact Angle of the coating prepared by the other three methods is basically about 150°.
