摘要
本文以某型汽车空调橡胶管为研究对象,利用三维建模软件UG和有限元前处理软件Hypermesh建立了橡胶管的有限元模型,通过试验模态方法验证了有限元模型建立的准确性。利用有限元软件Abaqus分析了橡胶管在承受高温高压双重作用下的强度特性。研究结果表明,橡胶管在热力耦合工况下的受载未超出材料的屈服极限,并且考虑温度影响下的橡胶管的强度特性更加符合实际工作情况。本文选题来自企业工程项目,研究成果具有实际工程意义。
This article takes a certain type of auto aircondition rubber pipe as the research object,and establishes a finite element model of the rubber pipe using three-dimensional modeling software UG and cae element pretreatment software Hypermesh.The fidelity of the finite element modality is verified through experimental modal methods.The strength characteristics of rubber pipes under the dual action of high temperature and high pressure were analyzed using finite element software Abaqus.The results show that the strength characteristics of rubber tubes under the influence of temperature are more consistent with the actual working conditions.The selection of a subject comes from the enterprise engineering project,and the research results have practical engineering significance.
