3D扫描与逆向设计在汽车减振器设计中的应用

摘要 减振器是重要的汽车零部件之一,其生产和维修需求量巨大。本研究采用3D扫描和逆向设计技术对汽车减振器进行设计,利用3D扫描技术获取减振器实物三维数据,利用GeomagicWrap和UG软件对扫描的点云数据进行处理和逆向建模,最终得到减振器的三维实体模型,该模型可用于数控加工、模具制造和3D打印,大大缩短了研制周期、降低了研发成本、提高了设计效率,对其它产品的设计研发有一定的参考意义。 Shock absorbers are one of the important automotive components,with a huge demand for production and maintenance.This study uses 3D scanning and reverse design techniques to design automotive shock absorbers.3D scanning technology is used to obtain physical 3D data of the shock absorber,and Geomagic Wrap and UG software are used to process and reverse model the scanned point cloud data.Finally,a 3D solid model of the shock absorber is obtained,which can be used for CNC machining,mold manufacturing,and 3D printing,greatly shortening the development cycle,reducing research and development costs,and improving design efficiency,It has certain reference significance for the design and development of other products.
