摘要
介绍了国能集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司400万t/a煤间接液化项目干煤粉气化激冷流程的工艺流程。针对气化炉激冷流程工艺系统运行时存在的合成气带水、带渣、带灰等问题,经分析认为主要原因是激冷室液位控制不当、合成气洗涤塔塔盘冲洗水水质差且塔盘结构设计不合理;为此,进行了相应的结构、材料、管线等方面的技改优化。运行效果表明:改造后合成气带水、带渣、带灰等问题得到了有效解决,合成气洗涤塔塔盘压差趋于平稳。
The process flow of the dry pulverized coal gasification quenching process for the 4 million t/a coal indirect liquefaction project of China Energy Group Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced.In response to the problems of syngas carrying water,slag and ash during the operation of the gasifier quenching process system,the analysis showed that the main reasons were improper liquid level control of the quenching chamber,poor washing water quality of the syngas scrubber tray and unreasonable design of the tray structure.For these reasons,corresponding technical improvements and optimizations were carried out in terms of structure,materials,pipelines and other aspects.The operational results showed that the problems of water,slag and ash carriage in the syngas had been effectively solved after the transformation,and the pressure difference of the syngas scrubber tray tended to stabilize.
