摘要
沈鼓集团股份有限公司以某煤化工装置中的丙烯制冷单元为依托,对低温离心式丙烯制冷压缩机进行了研发设计,通过优化气动方案、设计机壳结构、优化叶轮结构、提升转子动力学设计、优化轴端干气密封设计、优化系统控制方案等,获得了压缩机最佳设计方案。设计的压缩机可满足大流量、高压比、高性能等工艺要求。
A low-temperature centrifugal propylene refrigeration compressor was developed and designed based on the propylene refrigeration unit in one coal chemical plant of Shengu Group Co.,Ltd.,and the best compressor design solution was obtained by optimizing the aerodynamic scheme,designing the casing structure,optimizing the impeller structure,improving rotor dynamics design,optimizing the dry gas seal design at the shaft end and optimizing the system control scheme.The designed compressor could meet such process requirements as high flow rate,high pressure ratio and high performance.
