摘要
医工交叉专业的人才培养突出工程学与生物医学的融合,针对该专业学生开设的“临床认知实践课程”教学目标不同于医学生,且课程时间短,因此传统的临床实践课程设置不适合这些学生,对教学工作提出了新的要求。本文对近期该课程基于眼科学的教学情况进行了初步评估,从教学目标、教学模式等各方面进行了优化教学方案的探索。针对医工交叉专业的临床认知实践课程,应明确“从临床到工程”的教学目标,优化教学模式,在有限的教学时间内为学生奠定学科基础;选择有代表性的交叉学科专题和临床案例进行深入教学与讨论,寻找临床问题与工程设计之间的思想碰撞;同时加强教学实践环节,将工程学与生物医学的理论与实践有机结合,凸显医工交叉的特色,探索出医工交叉背景下临床认知实践教学的新思路和新方法。
The talent cultivation of medicine-engineering interdisciplinary highlights the integration of engineering and biomedicine.The teaching goal of the“clinical cognitive practice course”for students from this major is different from that for medical students,and the course time is relatively short.Therefore,the traditional clinical practice curriculum is not suitable for these students,which puts forward new requirements for the teaching.This article presents a preliminary evaluation of the recent teaching situation based on ophthalmology,and explores the optimization of the teaching scheme from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching models,etc.For clinical cognitive practice courses in medicine-engineering interdisciplinary,we should clarify the teaching goal of“from clinical to engineering”,optimize the teaching mode,and lay a disciplinary foundation for students in limited teaching time.We should also select representative interdisciplinary topics and clinical cases for in-depth teaching and discussion,and find out the ideological collision between clinical problems and engineering design.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the teaching practice link,organically combine the theory and practice of engineering and biomedicine,and explore new ideas and methods of clinical cognitive practice teaching under the background of medicine-engineering interdisciplinary.
