肢残者自我效能感对就业能力的影响:社会支持和心理弹性的链式中介效应

The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Employability among Persons with Disabilities:the Chain-Mediated Effects of Social Support and Psychological Resilience

肢残者作为社会群体的一部分,提升其就业能力不仅可以使他们更好地适应新兴技术和新的环境,提高就业竞争力,还可以提高工作自信心和工作效率。为探讨社会支持、心理弹性在自我效能感与就业能力间的中介效应,本研究采用自我效能感量表、社会支持量表、心理弹性量表和就业能力问卷对342名肢残者进行调查。结果发现:(1)肢残者自我效能感与社会支持、心理弹性、就业能力两两正相关;(2)除直接路径外,自我效能感还可通过三条中介路径对肢残者的就业能力产生影响;(3)社会支持和心理弹性在肢残者的自我效能感与就业能力之间起到链式中介作用。鉴于此,为了促进肢残者就业能力的提升,建议为肢残者设定可行目标和提供积极反馈,增强其自我效能感;重点完善肢残者社会保障制度和关爱服务体系,加大对其社会支持力度;构建科学规范、行之有效的肢残者就业心理健康教育体系和服务网络,提高其心理弹性。

As part of the social group,enhancing the employability of persons with physical disabilities plays an important role in improving their employment status,upgrading employment quality,increasing their economic income,changing the employment environment,facilitating their integration into the society and participation in social life,and strengthening their sense of self-identity and social identity.In order to explore the mediating effects of social support and psychological resilience between self-efficacy and employability,the present study investigated 342 persons with physical disabilities by using self-efficacy scale,social support scale,psychological resilience scale and employability questionnaire.The results show that:(1)There is a significant and positive correlation between self-efficacy and social support,psychological resilience and employability;(2)In addition to the direct pathway,self-efficacy also affects the employability of people with disabilities through three mediating pathways;(3)social support and psychological resilience play a chain mediating role between self-efficacy and employability of persons with disabilities.In view of this,the employability of persons with physical disabilities can be enhanced by crossing the self-imposed barriers and improving self-efficacy,improving the system environment and increasing social support and introducing professional teams and strengthening mental health services.
