摘要
孤独症严重影响患病儿童的学习和生活质量,近年来,其检出率不断增长,成为目前国内外共同关注的研究领域。本文分析了2013年以来我国的孤独症研究情况,结果表明,孤独症相关研究数量呈稳定增长态势,“儿童”“影响因素”“康复”“融合教育”“干预”“睡眠障碍”“共同注意”是研究的热点;基于关键词共现分析和聚类分析的结果,建议今后进一步规范“Autism”中文译名的统一使用,加强孤独症神经生理机制研究以推动孤独症儿童干预康复实践发展,持续促进孤独症儿童融合教育质量提升。
Autism seriously affects the learning and quality of life of children with the disease.In recent years,the prevalence of autism has been steadily increasing,making it a globally recognized research area.This article analyzes the status of autism research in China since 2013.The results indicates a stable growth in the quantity of autism-related research.“Children”“influencing factors”“rehabilitation”“inclusive education”“intervention”“sleep disorders”“joint attention”and“autism”are identified as the research hotspots.Based on the results of keyword co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis,it is suggested to further standardize the unified use of the Chinese translation of“Autism”in the future,strengthen the research on the neurophysiological mechanisms of autism to promote the development of intervention and rehabilitation practice for autistic children,and continuous efforts are needed to enhance the quality of inclusive education for children with autism.
