国家实验室是未来创新型国家发展的关键引擎,是体现国家意志、满足国家需求,代表国家水平的战略科技力量。美国已经形成了一套完善且成熟的国家实验室体系。埃姆斯实验室是美国能源部下属国家实验室之一,分析埃姆斯实验室在建设过程、管理模式以及运行机制中的主要特点,剖析其运行经验,为我国国家实验室建设提供借鉴参考与启示。

The national laboratory is a key engine for the development of an innovative country in the future.It is a strategic scientific and technological force that embodies the national will,meets national needs,and represents the national level.The United States has formed a complete and mature national laboratory system.Ames Laboratory is one of the national laboratories under the U.S.Department of Energy.This study analyzed the main characteristics of Ames Laboratory in its construction process,management model,and operating mechanism,analyzed its operating experience,and provided references and revelation for the construction of China's national laboratories.
