思政课教师对统编教科书的理解与使用:基于全国调研数据的分析

摘要 为调查我国基础教育思政课教师对统编教科书的理解和使用情况,教育部基础教育教学指导专业委员会思想政治(道德与法治)教学指导专委会于2022年年初开展全国调研。调研围绕思政课教师对教科书的整体理解、对教科书的依赖程度、对教科书落实的取向和行动三个方面进行。通过数据分析发现:思政课教师对教科书的整体理解较好,但注重教科书知识载体的特性,忽略其教学特性;尊重教科书的权威性,同时期待更丰富的实践案例和资源;对教科书的使用采用调试取向,能做到灵活使用教科书。建议加强思政课教师对教科书教学特性的认识,开发配套教学资源,重点关注西部和欠发达区县教师以及青年教师,构建教研训一体化的专业支持,以推动思政课教师对统编教科书的深入理解和有效落实。 To investigate understanding and use by unified textbook of ideological and political course teachers of basic education,Ministry of Education conducted a national survey in the early 2022.The survey focuses on teachers’overall understanding of textbook,dependence on textbook,and implementation orientation and action of textbook.Researchers found that the teachers have a good understanding but pay more attention to its characteristics as knowledge carrier and ignoring its teaching characteristics,respect its authority and look forward to getting more practice cases and resources,and try to adopt a testing orientation to use the textbook flexibly.It is suggested that ideological and political teachers should strengthen their understanding of the teaching characteristics of textbooks,develop supporting teaching resources,focus on young teachers and teachers in western and underdeveloped areas and counties,and build professional support for the integration of teaching,research and training,so as o promote their in-depth understanding and effective implementation of unified textbooks.
