在社会经济迅猛发展的背景下,我国城市化进程不断加快,一线城市经济高速发展,使得其他地区的人员大量涌入,整体的人口流动速度加快。而且在城市发展过程中,流动人口占比较大,这些流动人口既是城市的建设者,又是城市发展的推动者,但是从现实角度出发,这些流动人口对社会保障参与带来了一系列影响。为实现社会的可持续稳定发展,必须要明确这一影响,采取有效对策,促进人口的稳步流动,同时保障流动人口的基本权益。

Against the backdrop of rapid socio-economic development,China’s urbanization process is constantly accelerating,and the rapid economic development of first tier cities has led to a large influx of people from other regions,resulting in an overall acceleration of population mobility.Moreover,in the process of urban development,the proportion of mobile population is relatively large.These mobile populations are not only the builders of cities,but also the drivers of urban development.However,from a practical perspective,these mobile populations have brought a series of impacts on social security participation.To achieve sustainable and stable development of society,it is necessary to clarify this impact,take effective measures,promote steady population mobility,and at the same time protect the basic rights and interests of the floating population.
