摘要
通过采用2007—2021年中国30个省市区(不包含港澳台和西藏地区)的面板数据作为实证研究样本,检验地方教育投入对各地经济增长的影响。研究发现,教育支出对地方经济增长存在着显著的正向影响,同时存在着显著的滞后作用;分区域来看,中部地区教育支出的经济增长效果最大,东部地区效果最小。教育投资的增加不仅可以提升人们的文化水平,还可以在很大程度上促进经济发展。
The panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet)from 2007 to 2021 were used as empirical samples to test the impact of local education investment on economic growth.The results show that education expenditure has a significant positive impact on local economic growth,and there is a significant lag effect.In terms of sub-regions,the economic growth effect of education expenditure in the central region is the largest,and the economic growth effect in the eastern region is the weakest.Increased investment in education will not only improve our literacy,but also contribute to economic development to a large extent.
