摘要
超高性能混凝土(UHPC)因其在性能方面有着优异的表现力,受到了世界各地学者的广泛关注。在制备超高性能混凝土的过程中,原材料种类及用量的不同均会对超高性能混凝土的性能产生不同影响。本文综述了在制备超高性能混凝土时,当胶凝材料及一些为实现环保要求和节约成本所使用的绿色胶凝材料种类及掺量改变后,对超高性能混凝土流动性、力学性能、孔结构、耐久性、收缩及水化程度的影响;当骨料的种类及级配改变后,对超高性能混凝土孔结构和堆积体系的影响;当纤维形状、掺量和长径比改变后,对超高性能混凝土力学性能、流动性、裂缝宽度、堆积体系以及纤维-基体界面粘结强度等的影响,阐述纤维不同的分布情况对超高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,并对以上各种变化产生的影响机理进行分析。
Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has attracted widespread attention from scholars around the world due to its excellent performance.In the process of preparing ultra-high performance concrete,different types and amounts of raw materials will have different effects on the performance of ultra-high performance concrete.This paper reviews the effects of changes in the types and dosages of cementitious materials and some green cementitious materials used to meet environmental requirements and save costs on the flowability,mechanical properties,pore structure,durability,shrinkage,and hydration degree of ultra-high performance concrete when preparing ultra-high performance concrete;the impact on pore structure and stacking system when the type and gradation of aggregates change;it discusses when the shape,content,and aspect ratio of fibers change,the effects on the mechanical properties,fluidity,crack width,stacking system,and fiber matrix interface bonding strength of ultra-high performance concrete;it explains the impact of different fiber distribution on the mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete,and analyzes the mechanisms of these changes.
