大学生对意外妊娠的态度及相关因素研究

Attitudes towards unintended pregnancy and its related factors among college students

目的了解大学生对意外妊娠的态度,为更好地开展性教育工作、提高大学生自我保护与责任意识提供依据。方法采用分层单纯随机抽样法,于2022年12月—2023年4月对全国18~24岁在校大学生进行问卷调查。采用自行设计的问卷,调查内容包括社会人口学问题、对意外妊娠的态度。采用χ2检验对不同特征大学生对意外妊娠态度的分布情况进行单因素分析;采用二元Logistic回归模型对大学生意外妊娠态度的影响因素进行多因素分析。结果本次调查共纳入4451人,有20.1%的研究对象发生过性行为,其中6.3%的研究对象自己或伴侣有过人工流产经历。82.6%的研究对象表示假如自己或伴侣意外妊娠,会选择到正规医院就医;46.2%的研究对象表示会向家长寻求帮助。女大学生比男大学生更倾向于去正规医院就医(OR=1.94,95%CI:1.64~2.29,P<0.001);医科专业大学生比人文社科专业大学生更倾向于去正规医院就医(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.13~1.97,P=0.005)。结论大学生对意外妊娠后如何处置的态度整体上较为谨慎,但仍有部分大学生选择去私人诊所就医或自行购买药物堕胎,有必要加强大学生避孕相关知识教育并增强其意外妊娠相关自我保护意识。

Objective To understand the attitudes of college students towards unintended pregnancy,and to provide evidence for better sexual education and self-protection and responsibility awareness amongcollege students.Methods Using stratified simple random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among college students aged 18-24 years old across our country from December 2022 to April 2023.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate sociodemographic issues and attitudes towards unintended pregnancy.Chi-square test was used to analyze the distribution of college students'attitudes towards unwanted pregnancy,and regression of binary logistic was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results A total of 4451 students were included in the survey,of which 20.1%had had sexual intercourse,and 6.3%of them had had an induced abortion themselves or their partners.A number of 82.6%of them said that if they or their partner had an unexpected pregnancy,they would choose to go to a regular hospital for medical treatment.A number of 46.2%of them said they would seek help from their parents.Female college students were more likely to go to regular hospitals than male college students(OR=1.94,95%CI:1.64-2.29,P<0.001).Medical students were more likely to go to regular hospitals than humanities and social science students(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.13-1.97,P=0.005).Conclusion College students are cautious about how to deal with unintended pregnancy on the whole,but some of them still choose to go to private clinics or buy medical abortions on their own.It is necessary to strengthen college students'knowledge of contraception and enhance their awareness of self-protection about unintended pregnancy.
