摘要
目的优化盐酸考来维仑的合成工艺。方法以烯丙基胺盐酸盐为起始原料,经聚合、交联、烷基化3步反应制得盐酸考来维仑。结果与结论目标化合物盐酸考来维仑结构经固体核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱、元素分析、粉末X-射线衍射法确证。优化后的合成工艺反应条件温和、操作简便、成本低、产品质量稳定,适合工业化生产。
The synthesis process of colesevelam hydrochloride was optimized.With allylamine hydrochloride as the starting material,colesevelam hydrochloride was prepared through polymerization,cross-linking,and alkylation.The structure of colesevelam hydrochloride was confirmed by solid-state ^(13)C-NMR,IR,elemental analysis and powder X-ray diffraction.This improved process has several advantages including mild conditions,simple operations,low cost,stable product quality,and is suitable for industrial production.
