目的文章对肝癌患者介入术后股动脉穿刺处出血的相关定义、风险因素、预防策略、穿刺处出血评估及治疗方式等进行了归纳、总结,以期提高临床医护人员对肝癌患者介入术后股动脉穿刺处出血的风险预见能力及应对策略,为临床护理工作提供参考依据。

This article summarizes the relevant definitions,risk factors,prevention strategies,evaluation of puncture site bleeding,and treatment methods of femoral artery puncture site bleeding in patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy,in order to improve the risk prediction ability and response strategies of clinical medical staff for femoral artery puncture site bleeding after intervention surgery for liver cancer patients,and provide reference basis for clinical nursing work.
