整合与重构:“双高计划”背景下高职院校劳动教育实施体系建设

Integration and Reconstruction:Construction of Labor Education Implementation System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Double High Plan”

随着高职院校“双高”时代到来,培养全面发展技能型人才成为高职院校人才培养工作面临的重要课题。高职院校加强劳动教育不仅是助推大学生全面发展的应然选择,还是“双高计划”的时代呼唤,更是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。目前高职院校大学生劳动素养呈现知行分离样态特征,劳动教育实施面临课程、教学、评价与保障多样化复杂化矛盾的现实困境。因此,高职院校劳动教育实施需要进行整合与重构:进行一体化教师队伍建设,构建第一、第二课堂协同教育模式,建立多元化劳动教育评价机制,健全劳动教育配套实施制度,以提升高职院校劳动教育实施成效,更好发挥劳动教育育人功能。

With the arrival of the era of“Double High”in higher vocational colleges,cultivating skilled talents with comprehensive development has become an important issue faced by the talent cultivation work in higher vocational colleges.Strengthening labor education in higher vocational colleges is not only a natural choice to promote the comprehensive development of college students,but also a call of the“Double High Plan”era,and an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.At present,the labor literacy of students in higher vocational colleges presents a situation of separation of knowledge and action,and the implementation of labor education faces a practical dilemma of diversified and complex contradictions in curriculum,teaching,evaluation,and guarantee.Therefore,the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges needs to be integrated and restructured:building an integrated teaching team,constructing a collaborative education model for the first and second classrooms,establishing a diversified evaluation mechanism for labor education,and improving the supporting implementation system for labor education,in order to strengthen the effectiveness of labor education implementation in higher vocational colleges and better play the role of labor education in educating people.
