1.5T MRI平扫联合DWI在宫颈癌诊断中的价值分析

Value analysis of 1.5T MRI plain scan combined with DWI in diagnosis of cervical cancer

目的:探究1.5T磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)平扫联合扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)在宫颈癌中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年8月至2022年7月我院收治的88例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均行MRI平扫及DWI检查。将病理检查结果作为诊断“金标准”,对比不同病理分期下表观弥散系数(Apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值、转移淋巴结及非转移淋巴结的ADC值、分析MRI平扫及联合扫描在宫颈癌分期中的诊断价值。结果:不同病理分期下宫颈癌患者ADC值对比,均无统计学意义。经MRI检查共检出淋巴结102枚,其中转移淋巴结41枚,非转移淋巴结61枚。非转移淋巴结ADC值高于转移淋巴结(P<0.05)。MRI平扫+DWI检查Ⅰb和IIa期灵敏度及准确度均高于MRI平扫(P<0.05)。结论:1.5T MRI平扫联合DWI在宫颈癌鉴别诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值,于各分期诊断中准确度较高。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 1.5-t magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in cervical cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent MRI plain scan and DWI examination.Using pathological examination results as the"gold standard"for diagnosis,the Apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values of different pathological stages,ADC values of metastatic lymph nodes and non-metastatic lymph nodes were compared,and the diagnostic value of MRI plain scan and combined scan in cervical cancer staging was analyzed.Results:There was no statistical significance in ADC values of cervical cancer patients with different pathological stages.A total of 102 lymph nodes were detected by MRI,including 41 metastatic lymph nodes and 61 non-metastatic lymph nodes.ADC values in non-metastatic lymph nodes were higher than those in metastatic lymph nodes(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy ofⅠb and IIa were higher than those of MRI plain scan and DWI(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.5T MRI plain scan combined with DWI has high clinical application value in differential diagnosis of cervical cancer and high accuracy in each stage diagnosis.
