“课程思政+科研思政”的新时代医学研究生教育主渠道模式初探

"Curriculum thinking and politics+scientific research thinking and politics"in the new era of medical postgraduate education main channel model

作为国民教育体系的顶端,研究生教育是国家急需的高层次创新性人才培养的主要途径。本文契合党和国家事业发展对研究生教育的要求,总结医学研究生课程“分子药理学”和研究生科研素质培养的实践,探索“课程思政+科研思政”的新时代医学研究生培养的主渠道模式。本文提出思政领衔,有机整合研究生课程教育和科研训练,通过加强师资队伍建设和规章制度建设,促进思政教育贯穿研究生培养的全过程,培养可担当民族复兴大任的栋梁。

As the top of the national education system,postgraduate education is the main way to train high-level innovative talents urgently needed by the country.In line with the requirements of the development of the Party and the state for postgraduate education,this paper summarizes the practice of"molecular pharmacology"for postgraduate medical courses and the cultivation of postgraduate scientific research qualities,and explores the main channel mode of"curriculum thinking and politics+scientific research thinking and politics"for postgraduate medical training in the new era.This paper puts forward that ideological and political leadership,organic integration of postgraduate education and scientific research training,through strengthening the construction of teachers and rules and regulations,promote ideological and political education through the whole process of postgraduate training,and cultivate the pillars that can play the role of national rejuvenation.
