摘要
随着三维CAD设计技术的不断发展,设计部门逐步实现了基于三维模型的设计及变更管理,但公司目前还未完全具备基于模型的工艺设计制造能力,特别是面对复杂装配过程,缺少相应的装配知识和计算机辅助工艺设计手段,仍处于将二维工艺卡片转化为三维可视化工艺的阶段,不能有效指导实际生产。本文以传动装置典型部件为对象,从装配单元划分、装配尺寸链构建与调整、装配序列规划等角度,构建计算机可识别的装配工艺知识模型,并在装配工艺设计过程中,基于装配结构树的相似性智能匹配算法,实现装配工艺的智能匹配,探索基于知识和模型的装配工艺设计方法,提升公司三维接产能力。
With the continuous development of 3D CAD design technology,the design department has gradually realized the design and change management based on 3D model,but the company is not fully equipped with the model-based process design and manufacturing capability,especially in the face of complex assembly process.Owing to the lack of corresponding assembly knowledge and computer-aided process design methods,it is still in the stage of converting 2D process cards into 3D visualization processes and cannot effectively guide the actual production.This paper takes the typical parts of the transmission device as the object,builds a computer-recognizable assembly process knowledge model from the perspectives of assembly unit division,assembly dimension chain construction and adjustment,and assembly sequence planning,etc.In the process of assembly process design,intelligent matching of assembly process is realized based on the similarity of assembly structure tree,which explores the assembly process design method based on knowledge and model and improves the company’s 3D production capacity.
