基于LabVIEW和CAN总线的新能源汽车充电站监控系统设计

摘要 随着新能源汽车的普及,大量电动汽车充电站、充电桩建设并投入使用。充电桩作为主要充电设备,其安全性问题越来越突出,对充电桩运行状态进行监控是保证新能源汽车充电站安全高效运行的有效措施。本文设计了一套新能源汽车充电桩监控系统,系统采用CAN总线构建了充电站监控通信网络,各充电桩数据采集控制器通过CAN总线将数据传输给USB-2E-U接口转换模块,再由USB接口与监控上位机相连。上位机监控软件采用LabVIEW实现,接收CAN数据包并进行解析和数据处理,实现对充电桩工作温度、电压电流实时监测显示、超限报警和记录功能。实验测试表明:该系统结构合理、界面友好、成本低廉,具有较高的实用价值。 With the popularization of new energy vehicles,a large number of electric vehicle charging stations and charging piles have been built and put into use.As the main charging equipment,the safety of charging piles is becoming more and more prominent.Monitoring the operation status of charging piles is an effective measure to ensure the safe and efficient operation of new energy vehicle charging stations.This paper designs a set of new energy vehicle charging pile monitoring system,which uses CAN bus to build a charging station monitoring communication network.Each charging pile data acquisition controller transmits data to the USB-2E-U interface conversion module through CAN bus,and then connects to the monitoring host computer by USB interface.The upper computer monitoring software is realized by LabVIEW,which receives CAN data packets and performs analysis and data processing to realize real-time monitoring and display of the working temperature,voltage and current of the charging pile,over-limit alarm and recording functions.The experimental results show that the system has reasonable structure,friendly interface,low cost and high practical value.
