某产品在进行试验时,发生右路模板本体发生断裂,通过检查分析,故障原为模板本体在校正过程中产生了严重的内应力集中,正常受力与内应力的叠加,超出了模板本体许用应力,使得模板本体在正常工作工程中发生断裂。本文还原了现场故障诊断及故障排除的过程,并通过对仿真分析、理论分析进行验证,得出避免同类问题发生的方法。

When a product was tested,the right curve conductor broke.Through inspection and analysis,the fault was caused by serious internal stress concentration and superimposition of normal stress and internal stress in the curve guiding body during the correction process.The process of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting is restored to find methods to avoid similar problems based on the simulation analysis and theoretical analysis.
