高职院校工匠精神培育是职业教育的大势所趋,工匠精神培育与校园文化建设系统耦合具有共同的价值旨归、实践要求和培养目标。高职院校工匠精神培育与校园文化建设系统耦合存在建设观念,建设制度和建设内容等方面的现实困境。文章探索了高职院校工匠精神培育与校园文化建设系统耦合的路径,以行为文化培育“匠德”,以制度文化培育“匠规”,以精神文化培育“匠心”,以技艺文化培育“匠艺”。

The cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges is the general trend of vocational education.The cultivation of craftsman spirit and the construction system of campus culture have the common value,practical requirements and training objectives.However,there is a practical dilemma in the coupling of craftsman spirit cultivation and campus culture construction system in higher vocational colleges,which is mainly reflected in the construction concept,construction system and construction content.This paper explores the path of coupling between the cultivation of craftsman spirit and campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges,cultivating“craftsman”with behavior culture,“craftsman rules”with system culture,“craftsmanship”with spiritual culture,and“craftsmanship”with skill culture.
