五年制高职生工匠精神贯通培养路径探究

摘要 随着社会呼吁工匠精神的回归,五年制高职生作为职业教育人才贯通培养的主体,对其工匠精神的培育有助于高职院校落实立德树人的育人目标,促进五年制高职生的职业精神培养与其终身发展。由于认知偏差、学校劳动教育流于形式、校企合作进展缓慢等因素制约,为促进五年制高职生工匠精神的养成,需要政府有效推动措施的实施、企业协同合作意识的促进与学校思政育人作用的发挥。 As the society calls for the return of craftsman spirit,five-year higher vocational students are the main body of vocational education.The cultivation of their craftsman spirit is helpful for vocational colleges to implement the education goal of moral education,and promote the cultivation of their professionalism and lifelong development.Due to the cognitive deviation,the formalized school labor education,and the slow progress of school-enterprise cooperation,the cultivation of craftsman spirit of five-year higher vocational students needs to be effectively promoted by the measures of government,the consciousness of cooperative enterprises,and the play of ideological and political education in schools.
