摘要
为提高武器装备的操作安全性,提出一种人为差错辨识方法。介绍人为差错辨识的基本概念和现有方法,指出现有方法存在的不足,提出基于操作规程和人机界面的人为差错辨识方法;通过分析操作规程建立人为差错模式的包络,通过分析人机界面基本特征筛选出有效的人为差错模式。结果表明:该方法可提高人为差错辨识结果的有效性,为人为差错管理提供指导。
In order to improve the operational safety of weapon equipment,a human error identification method is proposed.This paper introduces the basic concepts and existing methods of human error identification,points out the shortcomings of the existing methods,and proposes a human error identification method based on operating procedures and human-computer interface.The envelope of human error modes is established by analyzing the operating procedures,and the effective human error modes are selected by analyzing the basic characteristics of human-computer interface.The results show that the method can improve the effectiveness of human error identification results and provide guidance for human error management.
