摘要
分析一个区域电力系统中的碳排放,空间维度上涉及“源、网、荷”三大组成,时间维度上涉及全寿命周期内的碳排放活动。针对园区级新型电力系统的建设,对碳核算、碳减排、碳抵消三个环节的零碳要素进行阐述。
The analysis of carbon emissions of a regional power system involves the three major components of"source,grid,and load"in spatial dimensions,and carbon emission activities throughout the entire lifecycle in temporal dimensions.This paper elaborates the zero-carbon elements from the perspectives of carbon accounting,carbon reduction,and carbon offsetting with respect to the construction of park-level new type power systems.
