摘要
沿海地区空气湿度较大,电厂开关柜结露风险较高。从解决某沿海电厂夏季10 kV进线开关柜内多次结露问题出发,系统阐述了导致开关柜结露的各方面原因,接着研究了该电厂10 kV开关室制冷设备布置不合理及设备密封不佳所导致的个别开关柜反复结露问题。根据现场存在的问题,运用分区域数据采集计算、对比分析法等手段,对开关室内制冷设施布置以及运行方式进行改造调整,对设备密封件检修更换,并对前后的室内局部温度变化进行比较。
High air humidity in coastal areas increases dewing risk of plants′switchgears.This paper reports the problem of repetitive dewing encountered by the 10 kV incoming switchgear of an actual coastal plant in summer.It elaborates various factors that may contribute to switchgear dewing,and analyzes the two real causal defects,i.e.,improper layout of refrigeration equipment and poor equipment sealing.It describes the formulation of countermeasures using methods such as regional data collection and calculation,comparative analysis,etc.,and the modifications adopted including adjusting layout and operation mode of refrigeration facilities and repairing and replacing equipment seals.The changes in local indoor temperature before and after retrofitting are also compared.
