摘要
对未来学校的探究,实际上是一种教育发展趋势预测。未来学校的形成不是人为能够设定的,而是一个随经济、社会、科学、技术发展而逐渐演进的过程。未来学校根植于现代学校,但在格局、体系、结构方面会发生根本性转变。本研究从空间性、时间性、逻辑性、关系性四个方面对未来学校的构建和作用进行解读,分析未来学校的主要特质,旨在审思在未来学校教师角色重塑转型过程中怎样挖掘学生的潜力、尊重学生的个性、发挥学生创造性,使学生在学习发展过程中和社会发展相统一,使学生具备创新人才所需的综合素养,进而成为与世界接轨的国际性人才。
The exploration of the future school is actually a prediction of the development trend of education.The formation of future schools can not be set by man,but a process of gradual evolution with the development of economy,society,science and technology.The future school is rooted in the modern school,but it will undergo fundamental changes in the pattern,system and structure.This study interprets the construction and function of future schools from four aspects:spatial,temporal,logical and relational,analyzes the main characteristics of future schools,and aims to consider how to tap the potential of students,respect their individuality and give full play to their creativity in the process of reshaping and transforming the role of teachers in future schools,so as to unify students'learning and development with social development.Enable students to have the comprehensive quality required for innovative talents,and then become international talents in line with the world.
