摘要
谈心谈话作为人与人之间最直接、最有效的沟通方式,是高校辅导员应具备的基本工作技能之一,也是实现管理育人的重要教育手段。通过谈心谈话不仅能够充分了解学生和疏导学生心理压力,也能够进一步提升学生思想政治觉悟,在学习生活上给予学生指导和帮助,有利于学生职业生涯规划开展。高校辅导员要充分认识谈心谈话的重要价值,直面谈心谈话的工作困境,努力提高谈心谈话的能力水平。
Heart to heart talks,as the most direct and effective way of communication between people,are one of the basic work skills that college counselors should possess and an important educational means to achieve management and education.Through heart to heart talks,students can not only fully understand and alleviate their psychological pressure,but also further enhance their ideological and political awareness.They can provide guidance and assistance in their learning and life,which is conducive to the development of their career planning.College counselors should fully recognize the important value of heart to heart talks,face the work difficulties of heart to heart talks,and strive to improve their ability level in heart to heart talks.
