摘要
师范类专业认证是教育部对高校师范类专业人才培养质量状况实施的一种评价过程,其目的在于以评促建,确保高校师范类专业人才输出质量。认证标准无疑给高校师范类专业建设和教学改革指明了治理方向。认证理念特别强调了师范生学科教学能力的重要性。过去美术师范生一般对美术实践(绘画技能)格外重视,而忽视了美术学科教学技能的学习和训练。在专业认证视域下,增强美术师范生职业认同感,提高其美术教学知识和教学技能,增强教育实习力度,培养教学情境思维与美育育人理念,提升教研反思能力,多维度考核教学质量是可采取的一系列提升策略。
Teacher's professional certification is an evaluation process implemented by the Ministry of Education on the training quality of teachers'professional talents in colleges and universities.Its purpose is to promote the construction by evaluation and ensure the export quality of teachers'professional talents.The certification standard has undoubtedly pointed out the governance direction for the construction and teaching reform of normal majors in colleges and universities.The concept of certification emphasizes the importance of teaching ability of normal university students.In the past,normal art students generally paid more attention to art practice(painting skills),but neglected the learning and training of art teaching skills.From the perspective of professional certification,a series of improvement strategies can be adopted to enhance the professional identity of normal art students,improve their art teaching knowledge and teaching skills,strengthen the intensity of education practice,cultivate the teaching situation thinking and the concept of aesthetic education,improve the ability of teaching research and reflection,and evaluate the teaching quality in multiple dimensions.
