摘要 本文介绍了上海某环湖80米景观带A区配套设施提升改造项目的结构概况以及采用BIM软件模拟加工制作安装的思路,通过在项目现场的安装反馈信息以及BIM技术的现场细化处理,总结出了一套可操作性强的施工技术。该技术增加了在施工过程中场地的协调性和合理性,且能够对项目进行全面把控,故降低了施工拼装作业面的难度,提高了安全性,对加快施工作业具有促进作用,该项目的成功完成为装配式钢结构高层建筑的施工现场安装工作提供了参考。 This paper introduces the structural overview of the improvement and renovation project of supporting facilities in Area A of an 80-meter landscape belt around a lake in Shanghai,and explains the idea of using BIM software to simulate processing,production and installation.Through the installation feedback information on the project site and the on-site refinement processing of BIM technology,a set of construction technology with strong operability is summarized.This technology increases the coordination and rationality of the site in the construction process,and can comprehensively control the project,thereby reducing the construction difficulty of the assembly work,improving the safety,and promoting the acceleration of construction work.The successful completion of the project provides a reference for the installation work of prefabricated steel structure high-rise buildings on the construction site.
