我国市政污泥处理处置行业政策现状及存在的问题探讨

Discussion on Policy Status and Existing Problems of Municipal Sludge Treatment and Disposal Industry in China

市政污泥作为污水处理的副产物,其处理处置情况会直接影响污水处理厂的正常运行。目前,国家陆续出台了一些与污泥有关的政策,但对其系统分析的报道不多。本文从国家部门发布的政策着手,分析我国市政污泥处理处置行业的管理体系,研究国家政策的发展变化,从中提出存在的问题与建议。

Municipal sludge,as a byproduct of sewage treatment,its treatment and disposal status directly affect the normal operation of sewage treatment plants.At present,the country has introduced several policies related to sludge,but there are not many reports on its systematic analysis.This article starts with the policies issued by national departments,analyzes the management system of China’s municipal sludge treatment and disposal industry,and studies the development and changes of national policies,and proposes relevant existing problems and suggestions.
