美军联合使命结构框架研究及对我军的启示

摘要 随着任务工程、数字工程在决策支持系统中的作用不断增大,联合作战体系的建设发展受到广泛关注。论文首先介绍了美军联合作战领域与工程管理领域互联互通的组织框架——联合使命结构框架(OMAF);其次,总结了该框架能够根据美国防部体系结构框架(DoDAF)标准确定系统架构产品的开发方向;最后,探讨了我军联合作战体系建设发展趋势,为构建联合作战领域和工程管理领域之间术语使用的互通桥梁,有效提高我军联合作战体系能力奠定基础。 With the increasing role of mission engineer and digital engineer in decision support system,the construction and development of joint operation system has attracted extensive attention.This paper first introduces the organizational framework of the interconnection between the field of joint operations and the field of engineering management of the United States Army-Joint Mission Structure Framework(OMAF).Secondly,it summarizes that the framework can determine the development direction of sys⁃tem architecture products according to the DoDAF standard of the U.S.Department of Defense.Finally,the paper discusses the de⁃velopment trend of the construction of our joint operation system,laying a foundation for building a bridge between the use of terms in the field of joint operation and engineering management,and effectively improving the capability of our joint operation system.
