信息技术的迅猛发展使媒体融合日趋深入。高校学报编辑人员面对媒体融合的发展趋势,其业务素质也应与时俱进,遵循媒体融合的发展规律做好编辑业务。本文以媒体融合为背景,结合高校学报编辑的业务特点,阐述加强高校学报编辑人员业务素质的意义,分析高校学报编辑业务素质存在的问题,提出加强编辑业务人员的媒体融合意识、更新编辑业务中媒体融合技术、拓展编辑业务中媒体融合渠道、完善编辑业务中媒体融合体系等优化策略。

With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of media integration,university journal editors should keep up with the trend of media integration,and follow the development laws of media integration to do a good job in editing.This article takes media integration as the background and combines it with the business characteristics of university journal editors to explain the significance of strengthening the professional quality of university journal editors.It analyzes the professional quality issues of university journal editors under the background of media integration,including weak media integration awareness,lagging technology,narrow channels,and weakened systems in editing business.The focus is on prioritizing awareness and strengthening media integration awareness in editing business;updating media integration technology in editing business;expanding media integration channels in editing business;an analysis was conducted on the aspects of ecological interconnection and the improvement of media integration system in editing business.
