摘要
为了实现对林用集材车底盘全液压驱动系统的压力、流量等参数的自动采集测试与监测,基于LabVIEW软件平台及数据采集卡等硬件基础,设计搭建了林用集材车底盘全液压测试系统,实现了工作数据实时采集、存储、监测及阈值预警。尝试使用更加全面、精确的软件虚拟仪器代替实际测量仪器,通过系统液压泵站对测试对象进行压力与流量等参数标定,进行了系统自动采集与手动数据采集实验。经对比,系统测试压力与流量精度分别可达96.61%、96.2%,大大提高了数据采集精度,实现了模块化和自动化测试及预警功能,具有良好的可靠性。
In order to realize the automatic collection,testing and monitoring of the pressure,flow and other parameters of the full hydraulic drive system of forest skidder chassis,a full hydraulic test system of forest skidder chassis was designed and built based on LabVIEW software platform and data acquisition card.Real-time collection,storage,monitoring and threshold warning of working data are realized.A more comprehensive and accurate software virtual instrument is used to replace the actual measuring instrument.The pressure and flow parameters of the test object are calibrated through the hydraulic pump station of the system,and the automatic and manual data acquisition experiments are carried out.By comparison,the test pressure and flow accuracy of the system can reach 96.61%and 96.2%respectively,which greatly improves the data acquisition accuracy,realizes the modular and automatic test and early warning function,and has good reliability.
