新时代应用型高校体育俱乐部运作的问题与对策研究——以安徽部分高校为例

The Operational Problems and Strategies of Application-oriented Universities Sports Clubs in the New Era:Based on Several Universities in Anhui

体育俱乐部既能满足高校体育教学需要,又与时代发展相顺应。本研究通过对安徽省部分高校的体育教师进行问卷调查,发现体育俱乐部的开展存在开展效果不佳,与应用型高校体育改革需要有距离;体育基础设施不完善,教师专项结构不合理;课程设置不合理,教学组织模式僵化;管理体系不健全,管理混乱;经费运作机制不完善,资金运用效率差等问题。据此提出完善体育基础设施,加强师资队伍建设;合理设置课程结构,创新教学组织模式;合理设置内部机构,构建科学的运作管理体系;创新筹款举措,完善经费运作机制等策略。

Sports clubs can not only meet the needs of physical education in universities,but also adapt to the development of the times.Using questionnaire survey of physical education teachers in severaluniversities in Anhui province,it is found thatsports clubs have shortcomings including poor effectiveness that is far from the need for applied university sports reform;incomplete sports infrastructure and unreasonable teacher specialized structure;unreasonable curriculum design and rigid teaching organization model,incomplete management system that is chaotic;imperfect operational mechanism of funds,and poor efficiency of fundutilization.Based on the current situation,correspondingconstruction strategies are proposed,including improving sports infrastructure and strengthening theconstruction of teachers;reasonably setting course structure and innovating teaching organization mode;reasonably setting up internal institutions and constructing a scientific operational management system;innovating fundraising measures and improving the funding operation mechanism.
