Research on Cultivation System for the Comprehensive Quality of College Students in the New Era

大学生综合素质培养不仅对个人发展有重要作用,而且能推动社会持续发展。目前大学生综合素质培养存在理论与实践脱节,综合素质教育缺乏合力,综合素质教育尚不能精准落地等问题。新时代对大学生综合素质有更高的要求,以新时代发展观研究大学生综合素质的内涵,提出了大学生综合素质全人仿真模型和协同发展模型,完善了大学生综合素质培养体系,全面阐释新时代大学生综合素质协同培养模式。全面培养综合素质高的人才是增强国家经济实力、文化实力和科技实力和创新实力的有效途径。

The cultivation of comprehensive qualities of college students not only plays an important role in personal development,but also promotes sustainable social development.At present,there is a disconnect between theory and practice in the cultivation of comprehensive qualities of college students,a lack of synergy in comprehensive quality education,and the inability to accurately implement comprehensive quality education.It has higher requirements for comprehensive quality in the new era.This article explores the connotation of college students’comprehensive quality from the perspective of development and proposes a holistic simulation model and collaborative development model for the comprehensive quality of college students,which helps to improve the comprehensive quality training system for college students,establish and explain comprehensively the collaborative cultivation model for college students’comprehensive quality in the new era.The results of the research show comprehensive cultivation of talents with high comprehensive quality is an effective way to enhance the national economic,cultural,technological,and innovation strength.
