民办高职院校学生党支部组织生活有效性和创新性的路径研究

Research on Ways to the Effectiveness and Innovation of Students’ CPCParty Branch Organizational Life in Private Vocational Colleges

党支部组织生活是提升民办高职院校学生党建工作质量的重要途径。以长春信息技术职业学院为例,从党支部组织生活的现状出发,分析了存在的问题,从丰富组织生活形式、强化党员思想教育、完善党建考核制度、拓宽组织生活渠道等方面提出了增强民办高职院校学生党支部组织生活有效性和创新性的策略。同时强调,要加强组织领导,提高党务工作者的素质,为民办高职院校学生党支部组织生活的创新和发展提供保障。

The organizational life of CPC Party branch is an important way to improve the quality of Party building of students in private vocational colleges.Taking Changchun Vocational College of Information Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the organizational life of the CPC Party branch,and puts forward some effective and innovative strategies to enhance the organizational life of students in private vocational colleges from the aspects of enriching the organizational life form,strengthening the ideological education of party members,improving the party building assessment system,and broadening the channels of organizational life.At the same time,this paper emphasizes that it is necessary to strengthen organizational leadership,improve the quality of party affairs workers,and provide guarantee for the innovation and development of the organizational life of the CPC Party branch of students in private higher vocational colleges.
