“结构—过程”视域下项目进村的困境与对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Projects Entering Villagesfrom the Perspective of “Structure Process”

项目进村是乡村振兴战略实施的重要路径,有助于缩小城乡差距,加快农业农村现代化。基于结构—过程视域,对黄牛养殖项目进村过程中村集体面临的双重困境进行了分析,发现双重困境背后存在结构性错配,在此基础上提出对策建议。

The entry of projects into villages is an important path for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,which helps to narrow the urban-rural gap and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the structure process perspective,this study conducts a comparative analysis of the dual dilemma faced to village collectives during the entry process of cattle breeding projects.It was found that behind the dual dilemma of structure process lies a structural mismatch between the project objectives and resource allocation of grassroots project entities.Based on this,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
