从“双师型”教师国家政策演变入手,概括德国、澳大利亚“双师型”教师的准入条件和培养模式,分析我国地方应用型高校“双师型”教师培养不足之处,从政府和高校两个层面探索“双师型”教师培养路径。

Starting from the evolution of the national policy for“double qualified”teachers,this article summarizes the admission conditions and training models for“double qualified”teachers in Germany and Australia,analyzes the shortcomings of“double qualified”teacher training in local applied universities in China,and explores the training paths for“double qualified”teachers from both the aspects of government and universities.
