本文对中国劳动法律制度进行概括性介绍,并侧重于实务中劳动争议之解决,作者冀望本文能从实务与理论相结合之视角,抛砖引玉,与读者共同对劳动争议制度中的诸多问题进行探讨。
This article summarizes the system for employment law in China,with an emphasis on how labor disputes are resolved in practice.The author hopes that the article,which includes an analysis of both theory and practice and highlights various key issues,will help readers to secure a better grasp of the labor dispute resolution system under PRC law.
