人文与科技跨学科和创新型复合人才识别研究--基于西部地区人文社会科学领域高被引学者的分析

摘要 人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源,研究跨学科和创新型复合人才的识别有助于深入实施新时代人才强国战略。本文基于数据库学科属性提出并设计S&H指标用于度量人文与科技之间跨学科性,利用跨学科性测度指标S&H与颠覆性指数的交互效应设计S&H&D指标,用于识别兼具跨学科能力和创新能力的复合型人才,并以西部地区人文社会科学研究领域高被引学者进行验证。结果表明,S&H指标较传统跨学科性测度指标能够更好的识别高被引学者在人文与科技之间的跨学科研究能力;跨学科性测度与颠覆性指数相结合的多维度人才识别方法可用于跨学科创新型复合人才识别。该方法为高层次复合型人才的发现、引进和评估提供了科学、客观的参考,并创新性的提出了基于数据库属性的人文与科技之间跨学科性测度方法。 Talents are strategic resources to realize national rejuvenation and win international competition.Studying the identification of transdisciplinary and innovative compound talents is helpful to implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource in the new era.Based on the subject atribute of database,this paper proposes and designs S&H index aiming at measuring the transdisciplinary characteristics between humanities and science and technology,designs S&H&D index to identify the compound talents with both transdisciplinary and innovative abilities by using the interaction effect between the transdisciplinary measurement index S&H and the subversive index which is verified by the highly cited scholars in the field of humanities and social science research in the western region.The results show that the S&H index can better identify the transdisciplinary research ability of highly cited scholars between humanities and science and technology than the traditional transdisciplinary measurement one;the multi-dimensional talent identification method combined with transdisciplinary measurement and subversive index that can be used to identify transdisciplinary and innovative compound talents.This method provides a scientific and objective reference for the discovery,introduction and evaluation of high-level compound talents and proposes an transdisciplinary measurement method between humanities and science and technology based on database attributes in an innovative manner.
