上软下硬地层盾构施工设备选型与刀盘关键参数研究

摘要 盾构选型合理与否对地铁隧道盾构施工顺利进行起决定性作用。结合青岛地铁2号线东延佛合区间与合汉区间盾构选型总体要求,对地层渗透系数、岩土颗粒级配、地下水压力、施工效率、施工场地与环境影响及经济指标等方面进行综合对比分析,制定复合式土压平衡盾构方案,并对拟选用盾构设备开展关键部位选型及设计分析,包括盾构扭矩、推力、螺旋机出土率、刀盘开口率以及刀具配备情况等,从而选择最适合工程实际工况的盾构设备。重点对刀盘参数和刀具布置方式进行研究,刀盘设计不仅要满足刀具强度,还要充分考虑刀间距和刀具耐磨性,以保证盾构掘进施工效率,从而实现最佳掘进效果。 Whether the shield selection is reasonable or not plays a decisive role in the smooth progress of subway tunnel shield construction.In combination with the general requirements of shield selection for the east extension of Fohe section and Hehan section of Qingdao Metro Line 2,the composite earth pressure balance shield scheme is determined by comprehensive comparative analysis of stratum permeability coefficient,rock and soil particle gradation,groundwater pressure,construction efficiency,construction site and environmental impact and economic indicators.In addition,the selection and design of key parts of the shield equipment to be selected are studied,including shield torque,thrust,screw machine unearthed rate,cutter head opening rate and tool equipment,so as to select the most suitable shield equipment for the actual situation of the project.The cutter head parameters and tool arrangement are studied in detail.The cutter head design should not only meet the strength of the tool,but also fully consider the tool spacing and tool wear resistance,so as to ensure the construction efficiency of shield tunneling and achieve the best tunneling effect.
